Drinkert, Catherine Jane Lushman "Cathy"

Born deaf at Grey River, NL; graduated Newfoundland School for the Deaf in 1987. BA from Gallaudet University (1992) and MS from Western Maryland College (1994). Taught at the Texas School for the Deaf, Kendall Demonstration Elementary School for the Deaf, and Maryland School for the Deaf before taking a permanent position at the Governer Baxter School for the Deaf. Married to a hearing man.
