Summary
Born at Montreal, QC and deafened from meningitis at age 5. Graduated the Mackay School for the Deaf, then a business college and a junior college. Worked as a keypunch operator until 1952, when she left to marry Archibald Nemeroff (deaf) and raise a family. Active in many deaf organizations. Died from cancer; a memorial plaque to her was dedicated at the Canadian Association of the Deaf headquarters in 1992.
