Summary
Born deaf at Jonesboro, IL; sister Florence was also deaf. Graduated the Illinois School for the Deaf in 1925; studied at the American Academy of Art, Chicago, then became a commericial artist. One of his major projects was doing the illustrations for the Signed English series of books published by the Gallaudet College/University Press. One of his children, Betty G. Miller (q.v.), is also a deaf artist.
