Summary
Born deaf at Winnipeg, MB, and went to the Manitoba School for the Deaf 1921-1930, Kendall School for the Deaf 1930-1931, and Gallaudet College 1931-1932; left Gallaudet to marry David Peikoff (q.v.). Resident of Winnipeg and Toronto until 1961, when she and her husband, David Peikoff (q.v.) moved to the Washington DC area. Employed in the Gallaudet alumni office 1963 until retirement in 1986; she was the driving force behind the Centennial Fund for Gallaudet College (1964), run by her husband David Peikoff; an active volunteer in Gallaudet University's alumni office for many years. Died at Adamstown, MD.
