Mark, Rosanne Lily Mary Skinkle

Born deaf in Belleville, ON and graduated Sir James Whitney School for the Deaf in 1985, then attended Ontario Business College. Worked as a clerk for the Bank of Montreal 1986-1998, then became a teaching assistant at Sir James Whitney School 1998 onward. Was the winner of the 1992 Miss Deaf Canada pageant.
