Summary
Born at Montreal; attended the Insitution des Sourdes-Muettes, then private schooling to a high-school diploma. After a stint at the Mackay Center for the Deaf and Crippled, went to Gallaudet College (B.A.) and Western Maryland College (M.A., 1975). Taught history and geography at the Polyvalente Lucien-Page [a high school], Montreal, 1974-1992, then went to work for CEGEP du Vieux Montreal, 1992 onward. Active in the French deaf community of Quebec.
