Soukup, David

Graduated South Dakota School for the Deaf 1973. With his wife Sue, in 1977 began a snow-removal business in Sioux Falls as a side job while he worked for John Morrell Co. In 1980, they added lawn-care services, naming the business Soukup Services. He quit Morrell in 1987 to devote full-time to his business, which had grown to over 175 regular customers by 2000.
