Summary
Born deaf in Budapest, Hungary; attended a school for the deaf there for 5 years before anti-Communist unrest caused her family to flee to Switzerland and then Italy. After a few years, they emigrated to Montreal, Canada where she enrolled at the Mackay Centre for the Deaf and graduated there. She married, raised three children and became a data entry operator for the Royal Bank of Canada, Air Canada, and Federal Express. Also active in the local deaf community.
