Thomas, Charles A.

Graduated the Kentucky School for the Deaf in 1926. Long-time instructor in printing at the Kentucky School and also owned his own printing business for some years. In 1949, was appointed Public Printer for the State of Kentucky, but stayed in that position only a short time as he preferred teaching to the grinds of administering state printing matters.
