Lloyd, Pamela

Native of New York City. B.A. degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and M.A. from New York University, plus a post-master's program at San Diego State University. Program administrator of Telecommunications Access of North Carolina, supervising 3 major telecommunications programs for the deaf. Also very active in local and national Black Deaf Advocates organizations. Appointed to the Gallaudet University Board of Trustees in 2006.
