John of Paris

Also known as John the Deaf [II], John Quidort, Jean le Sourd, Johannes de Soardis, Surdus, or Monoculus. Born in Paris; was a Dominican monk known for his work in philosophy, theology, and political theory. Earned his master's degree when over 50 years of age.
