Bird, Patti Lillian

Deaf at age 3 or 4; attended the Saskatchewan School for the Deaf from preschool through graduation in 1986, then went onto welfare. Basic adult education at Kelsey Institute 1990-1993, then worked as a meat packer. Became involved with a small business development program, setting up a dog grooming business.
