Summary
Born deaf in Dublin sometime between 1730 and 1740; almost nothing is known of his early life. Ran an engraving business in Dublin from at least 1770 until his death from apoplexy while riding from Dublin to another town. His works appeared in many etchings, books and town plans. Married a hearing woman.
