Dunn, Leslie Jane Barber

Born at Prince Albert, SK; deafness diagnosed at 15 months of age. Saskatechwan School for the Deaf, then took office work courses from St. Paul Technical Vocational Institute, St. Paul, MN. Worked as a data entry operator for various Canadian government agencies. Taking time out for a family 1979-1994, she returned to school, taking courses in emergency medicine and intervention counseling. Worked as an intervenor for the Canadian Deaf-Blind and Rubella Association.
