Graduated the Horace Mann School for the Deaf, New York City; bachelor's degree (1985) from New York University. Appeared in several stage and TV productions, notably the play Runaways (1978ff); his written plays include Going Home (1980), WomanTalk (1984), and The Deaf Mute Howls (1988); also wrote one book, Silent Dancer. Died of AIDS.
