Scoular, Donna May Maloney

Born deaf at Vancouver, BC; graduated the Jericho Hill School for the Deaf, one year at Gallaudet College, then business courses at a vocational school. Worked in various positions, mostly in the Canadian government and advancing from data entry clerk to acting supervisor to human resources assistant and, at time, acting officer, until 2000.
