Summary
Born in the San Francisco Bay area; partially deaf at 3 from a viral fever. Became involved with music, writing country and gospel songs in collaboration with his father. After becoming fully deaf at 23, switched his expressions to art, attending a community college visual arts program for 1 year before becoming a freelance photographer. As of 1999, was enrolled in a computer animation program at Art Institutes International, Portland, OR, and also did part-time graphic design work.
