Howard, William H.

Born at Milwaukee, WI. Attended the Milwaukee Day School for the Deaf for 9 years, but left before graduation due to poor health. Learned wood engraving on the job, then, in 1897, with 2 other men bought out a wood-engraving firm and ran it themselves as Delonge, Howard & Zander.
