Summary
Had five criminal convictions, the last one for kidnapping a 10-year-old neighbor boy and burying him alive at Keyport, NJ. The boy was found and rescued alive after 5 hours buried, and Heyer was sentenced to 10 years of prison. His lawyer blamed Heyer's deafness for his behavior.
