Summary
Born deaf in Brooklyn, NY. Privately tutored and also attended the Wright Oral School. Attended Adelphi College and studied at the National Academy of Design and the Art Students' League; exhibited in Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington, St. Louis, and San Francisco; won the Shaw Etching Prize, 1914. Works can be found in the New York Public Library, the Oakland Museum in California, and the John H. Vanderpool Art Gallery of Chicago.
