Born at Faith, SD and graduated the South Dakota School for the deaf. Graduated Gallaudet College 1966; master's in educational administration and supervision, 1980, from California State University, Northridge. In Washington, DC, worked for the FBI 1966-1969, Blue Cross/Blue Shield 1969-1978, then vocational rehabilitation counselor in Colorado for 2 years before returning to Washington to work in Gallaudet College's Development Office 1980-1986. Worked for the Gallaudet University Alumni Association as facility coordinator and records manager at Gallaudet 1986 until retirement in 2000. Active in many local and national deaf organizations as member and officer. Died of lymphoma in Rockville, MD. His partner, William Revell, predeceased him in 2000.
