Summary
1964 graduate of Gallaudet College. Was superintendent of the Louisiana School for the Deaf in 1987, when he was one of the three finalists for President of Gallaudet University. Later became superintendent of the Kentucky School for the Deaf, then in 2001 moved to the American School for the Deaf. In May 2005, he announced plans to retire in June 2006.
