Vasnick, Sandi Inches

Raised in Coraopolis, PA with 3 other deaf siblings and one hearing sibling; graduated Western Pennsylvania School for the Deaf. Graduated Gallaudet College 1976, then worked with Spectrum: Focus on Deaf Artists, then founding member of the American Deaf Dance Company to 1979, when she joined the National Theatre of the Deaf for 14 years. Returned to school to earn an MS degree at Rochester Institute of Technology (1993). Taught art at the Phoenix [AZ] Day School for the Deaf 1994-1999. Married to deaf man Andrew "Andy" Vasnick.
