Roffe, Simon

Attended public schools in Montogomery County, MD, using cued speech, with great social difficulties; family moved to Brooklyn, NY, where he attended and graduated Edward R. Murrow High School in 1994 after two years there. Graduated New York University in 1998 with a B.S. in finance. Despite good performance in college, he was turned down in 25 job interviews because of his deafness, so he started his own fund management company which was modestly successful. He later took a second job as chief finanical officer of WebbyNation.
