Summary
A prolific composer of music; became deaf in 1991 from chronic ear infection, but continued to compose music. Wrote over 2000 pieces for a variety of musical instruments. His most ambitious work was the 2005 debut in Edinburgh, Scotland, of "The Christ Church Sequence", a collection of 75 musical pieces written over 3 years and with each piece dedicated to a person or group that supported or inspired him after he became deaf.
