Summary
Born in Brooklyn, NY; became severely hard of hearing due to illness at age 3. Won several physical fitness and bodybuilding awards. Played pro football for the Toronto Argonauts (Canadian Football League) for 2 games in 1976 before realizing that football wasn't for him. Turned to acting and co-starred as the Hulk in the TV series The Incredible Hulk, 1976-1981. In Febrary 2006, was commissioned as a part-time reserve deputy officer in the sheriff's department of Los Angeles.
