Carter, Sharon Heiydt

Graduated the South Dakota School for the Deaf, Gallaudet College, and California State University-Northridge; doctoral work at Brigham Young University and Walden and Capella Universities. Taught at Minnesota School for the Deaf and Central North Carolina School for the Deaf before becoming an administrator at CNCSD and at CSUN; later, became executive director of the American Deafness and Rehabilitation Association.
