Sero, Norman

Descendant of noted Native American (Mohawk) Chief Joseph Brant. Born in a tent near Grimsby, Ontario; progressively deafened ages 9-13; attended public school on the Six Nations Indian Reserve until deaf, then the Ontario School for the Deaf. Worked as an inspector at a lock and key factory for 35 years until retirement; active in deaf organizations virtually all his life.
