Bancarz, Sharon Ann "Shari"

Born at Melville, SK; deaf at 10 months from illness. Educated at the Halifax, Ontario, and Vancouver schools for the deaf. Worked at various odd jobs while teaching ASL in night classes and workshops. Later, beginning 1990 in Toronto, she worked with various deaf service agencies, mostly in ASL-related work.
