Parkin, Ingrid

Taught at the Fulton School for the Deaf in Gillitts, S.A., for 9 years before becoming the first deaf person in Africa to be appointed to a high-level administrative position in a school for the deaf, when she became deputy principal of the Fulton School in 2006. Married to Terence Parkin (q.v.).
