Roth, Rob I.

Born at Chicago; attended the Bell School for the Deaf, then at age 11 transferred into regular public schools. Earned a bachelor's degree, then at 25 entered a master's degree program at California State University, Northridge. Lived in Seattle, WA for a time before becoming chief executive officer of the Deaf Counseling, Advocacy, and Referral Agency (DCARA) in the San Francisco area.
