Summary
Born deaf to deaf parents at Rochester, NY; attended the Maryland School for the Deaf, then graduated the Rochester School for the Deaf. Attended the National Technical Institute for the Deaf briefly, then transferred to Gallaudet University. However, uncertain what he wanted to do in life, he dropped out of Gallaudet in 1993 to go to a racing school in Florida, then entered racing. He worked on the marketing side, lining up sponsorships, as well as actual driving.
