Summary
Graduate of Gallaudet College. Instrumental in the founding of the Utah School for the Deaf, and later started a small class for the deaf in Phoenix, the first in all of Arizona. When the Arizona legislature established Arizona's first school for the deaf in 1912, White was appointed its principal until his resignation in 1914.
