Summary
Born at Lorlie, SK; deaf at age 5 from an accident that seriously burned her feet. Mainstreamed into public schools, graduating a Regina, SK high school, then took a business course and worked as a billing clerk until marrying Carlyle Hall, also deaf. She then worked for a Saskatoon newspaper as a typesetter, a keypunch operator at Alberta for 5 years, then as a clerk for the Saskatoon telephone company for 20 years before taking early retirement in 2000.
