Reed, John S.

Graduated Gallaudet College; took additional courses in drafting and electrical theory in Chicago. Went to work for the Lincoln [NE] Telephone and Telegraph Co. as an apprentice shopman in 1930. Became a major writer both of technical documents and specifications for his company and electrical engineering articles for the telephone trade journals.
