Deaf daughter of Georg Raphel (q.v.). In 1718, when she was 8, her father began teaching her; eventually she became "very proficient" in speech. Unfortunately, she died young. Her two sisters were also deaf and also received some teaching from their father. The sisters' names have not been recorded.
