Summary
Together with Margaret Hutchinson (q.v.), was one of the first two female deaf Canadians to graduate Gallaudet College (1898-1903). Previously attended the Ontario Institution, Belleville (1886-1894) and the New York Institution (1896-1898). Taught at several schools in Oregon, Manitoba, and Pennsylvania until retirement in 1951. Married Joseph Reginald Cook.
