Alvarenga, Marcos Miguel

As of February 1999, was still wanted by the FBI for the alleged rape and murder of a 22-year-old woman in Seattle, Washington, on May 17, 1983. The FBI's "Wanted" poster described Alvarenga as a "deaf-mute [sic] who speaks primarily in Spanish sign language [sic]", who had illegally entered the U.S. in 1979 and later unlawfully fled to avoid prosecution as a rapist and murderer. His aliases included Marcos Miguel Lopez and Kevin Cowell.
