Summary
Born at Trier and deafened at about age 2. 1965-1968, attended a school for the deaf in Trier, then a school for the hard of hearing in Nurtingen 1968-1974 before returning to the Trier deaf school 1975-1975. Studied at a technical school for the hearing impaired in Winnenden 1975-1979. Worked as a mechanic while taking art courses and exhibiting his works from 1980 onward.
