Holmes, Pamela Young

The second Miss Deaf America (1974-1976), under her maiden name of Pamela Young. In 2001, was appointed chair of the U.S. Access Board. In 2003, she was working for Maryland Relay and in 2004 was appointed to the Gallaudet University Board of Trustees.
