Kensicki, Nancy Evans

B.A. (1965) and M.A. (1967) from Gallaudet College; Doctorate of Arts in English (1979) from Catholic University. Teacher and chairperson in the Gallaudet University English department; active in the Gallaudet University Alumni Association, the Conference of American Instructors of the Deaf, and other organizations; married to Peter Kensicki. First deaf woman to earn a doctorate in English.
