Smith, Nora Florence Mills

Born in London, England but spent most of her life in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Graduated the Manitoba School for the Deaf, then took office courses at Manitoba Commercial College. Worked 39 years for the Manitoba government as a clerk, rising to administrative secretary by the time of her 1980 retirement. Was married to deaf man William Henry "Bill" Smith.
