Fiset, Ghysline Lisa "Gigi"

Born at Trois-Pistoles, QC; deaf at 3 months from unknown causes. First educated at the Institution des Sourdes Muettes, then graduated the Lucien-Page high school. 1979-1982, a folk dance performer in New York and also a folk dance instructor. 1982, entered University of Montreal and also took graphic arts courses at Vieux-Montreal College. Employed by several government agencies, including as an administrative secretary beginning in 1999. Active in Canadian deaf sports organizations.
