Shook, Nancy Bloom Rarus

Graduated the New Jersey School for the Deaf; graduated Gallaudet College in 1962; active in deaf community organizations. Taught at the American School for the Deaf, then later principal of the junior high school at the Arizona School for the Deaf before becoming principal of the Kendall Demonstration Elementary School for the Deaf. Daughter of Edgar Bloom (q.v.) and mother of Tim Rarus (q.v.).
