Graduated from Gallaudet in 1936; M.A. in education from University of California/Berkeley, M.S. in educational psychology from Rutgers University, doctorate in educational supervision from Rutgers. Teacher and administrator at several schools for the deaf, finally superintendent at the California School for the Deaf/Riverside; died at San Clemente, CA.
