Ban, Andrew "Andy"

Born at Budapest; deaf at 14 months from meningitis. Attended schools for the deaf in Budapest. At age 15, came to the United States and went to the Bell School for the Deaf. Attended the University of Chicago, Wright College, and the Chicago Technical College, earning a B.S. in engineering. Worked for the Continental Can Company as a senior design engineer.
