Russell, Kathileen Doreen "Kathy"

Born at Brampton, ON and deafened in infancy after several ear infections. Mainstreamed in public schools with support from the E.C. Drury School for the Deaf and also graduated Gallaudet University, then took additional coursework at York University, University of Western Ontario, and the University of Toronto. Community development coordinator for the Ontario Association of the Deaf 1 year, then taught at the Robarts School for the Deaf 1995-1999, then taught at the E.C. Drury School 1999 onward.
