Basch, Jay Justin

Finished Pennsylvania School for the Deaf 1948, 3 years at the Friends Select School, them earned a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, 1956. Master's (1960) from Drexel institute of Technology and Ph.D. (1968) from Temple University. Worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture; wrote many reports on biochemical research on concentrated milk.
