Drake, Janice Lynne

Born deaf from maternal rubella at Exeter, Ontario. Kent Public School 1969-1971, then Ontario School for the Deaf, graduating 1983; BA from Gallaudet University, then a one-year supplemental certificate from the University of British Columbia. Taught at the Robards School for the Deaf 1990 onward, eventually being appointed educational coordinator. Master's degree in 1999 from University of Western Ontario.
